PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SERVICE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

1. ABOUT THIS SERVICE

1.1 Nature of the Service

IPTV Rocket operates as a passive stream aggregation and playlist management utility. The service collects references to streams that are independently accessible on the public internet and organizes them into structured playlist files (M3U format) for user convenience.

1.2 What This Service Is

  • A technical tool for organizing and managing stream references
  • A community platform where members share streams they have independently located or own
  • A playlist index pointing to streams hosted on third-party infrastructure

1.3 What This Service Is Not

  • A hosting provider for any audio or video content
  • A streaming server or rebroadcasting service
  • A content delivery network for multimedia files
  • An operator, owner, or administrator of any television signal, channel, or broadcast

1.4 Technical Clarification

IPTV Rocket functions analogously to a network intermediary or passive conduit. At no point does content pass through, reside on, or be processed by IPTV Rocket infrastructure. The service exclusively handles metadata in the form of stream URLs and playlist organization data.

2. CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT

2.1 Unknown Copyright Status

The copyright status of streams indexed by this service is not known to IPTV Rocket. Streams are referenced as found on the public internet or as submitted by community members. IPTV Rocket makes no representation, warranty, or determination regarding:

  • The ownership of any indexed stream
  • The licensing status of any indexed content
  • The authorization of any broadcaster to transmit indexed content
  • The compliance of any indexed stream with applicable copyright law

2.2 No Editorial Control

IPTV Rocket does not preview, review, or make editorial judgments about the content of indexed streams prior to their inclusion in playlists. The service operates as a passive technical aggregator without knowledge of the specific content being transmitted through referenced URLs.

2.3 Third-Party Responsibility

All streams indexed by this service originate from and are transmitted by independent third-party servers entirely outside the ownership, operation, or control of IPTV Rocket. Any content-related legal responsibility lies with the operators of those third-party servers.

2.4 No DRM Circumvention

IPTV Rocket does not provide, facilitate, or support:

  • Decryption of DRM-protected content
  • Circumvention of technological protection measures
  • Unauthorized access to subscription-based or private streaming servers
  • Any tools or methods for bypassing content access controls

3. COPYRIGHT HOLDER NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN

3.1 Commitment to Rights Holders

IPTV Rocket respects intellectual property rights and is committed to working with rights holders to address legitimate copyright concerns promptly and in good faith.

3.2 Notice and Redirect Procedure

In a manner consistent with the approach taken by network intermediaries and passive conduits, IPTV Rocket operates the following procedure for copyright notices:

(a) Rights holders who believe a stream indexed by this service infringes their copyright may submit a notice to [email protected]

(b) Upon receipt of a valid notice, IPTV Rocket will:

  • i.Acknowledge receipt within 7 business days
  • ii.Identify the origin server of the referenced stream to the best of its ability
  • iii.Provide the rights holder with available technical information to pursue action against the origin server
  • iv.Remove or disable the stream reference from its playlists pending investigation

(c) A valid notice must include:

  • i.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • ii.Identification of the specific stream URL alleged to be infringing
  • iii.Contact information for the rights holder or their authorized representative
  • iv.A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • v.A statement that the information in the notice is accurate

3.3 Repeat Infringement

IPTV Rocket maintains a policy of removing stream references that are the subject of repeated or sustained valid copyright notices.
